Problem : Diaphragm Diagnosis

Solution: Reason 1. Insufficient negative pressure of the detection meter will lead to the failure to reach the set value and cause signal loss. Adjust the negative pressure setting to a suitable level.

Cause 2. The diaphragm size may not match the diaphragm clamp, preventing proper operation. A matching diaphragm is recommended.

Reason 3. Air leakage in the vacuum test may be caused by improper placement of the diaphragm or fixture. Orient the diaphragm correctly, clean the clamps, and make sure everything fits correctly.

Reason 4. A clogged or faulty vacuum generator will reduce the suction and negatively affect the negative pressure value. Clean the generator to fix the problem.

Problem: When playing a movie with sound reversible, the cylinder only moves up and down.

Solution: When the sound film advances and retreats, the cylinder sensor detects a signal. Check sensor location and adjust if necessary. If the sensor is damaged, it should be replaced.

Problem: Difficulty in attaching diaphragm to fixture due to lack of suction from the vacuum.

Solution:

This issue could be caused by two possible reasons. Firstly, the negative pressure value on the vacuum detection meter may be set too low, causing the signal to be detected before the diaphragm is properly sucked in. To solve this issue, adjust the set value to a reasonable range. Secondly, the vacuum detection meter may be damaged, causing a constant signal output. In this case, check the meter for blockages or damages, and clean or replace it if necessary.
